Candle Structure Labs

Risk Disclosure

Effective date: July 26, 2026

We built Candle Structure Labs on a simple promise: honesty over hype. That promise starts here. Please read this page before you spend a dollar with us—and especially before you ever trade real money anywhere.

Educational Purpose Only

Everything on this platform—the Market Structure academy, quizzes, drills, the Trading Terms glossary, spaced-repetition reviews, Mindset content, The Floor, the Prop Challenge, and the AI coach—is education. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

We do not provide investment recommendations. We do not sell signals. We never tell you what to buy or sell, when to enter, or when to exit. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or money manager, and we are not registered with any financial regulator. If any part of our platform ever seems to be telling you what to trade with real money, you are misreading it—and we would rather you email us and ask than act on that misreading.

Trading Involves Substantial Risk

Trading futures, forex, stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of the money you trade, and in some leveraged products you can lose more than your initial deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose—not rent money, not emergency savings, not borrowed money.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. That applies to markets, to strategies, to educators, and to anything you learn here. A concept that worked in one market condition can fail in the next one.

Simulated & Hypothetical Performance

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. BECAUSE TRADES IN THE FLOOR AND THE PROP CHALLENGE ARE NOT ACTUALLY EXECUTED IN ANY MARKET, RESULTS MAY UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATE FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY, SLIPPAGE, AND ORDER-EXECUTION DELAYS. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO ANY RESULTS SHOWN ON THIS PLATFORM.

In plain English: a great-looking equity curve inside our simulator is a learning artifact, not a forecast. Treat every simulated statistic—win rate, P&L, XP, streaks—as practice data, nothing more.

The Floor Is a Simulator

The Floor never places real orders. There is no brokerage account behind it, no real money at stake, and no connection to any exchange’s order book. Its Live mode displays delayed third-party market data, and it is labeled as delayed inside the app.

Simulated fills are, by nature, optimistic. They do not reflect real-world slippage, liquidity gaps, partial fills, spread widening, requotes, halted markets, or platform outages—all things that cost real traders real money. Skills practiced in The Floor transfer to live trading imperfectly, and the emotional pressure of risking actual money cannot be simulated at all.

The Prop Challenge Is Simulated

The Prop Challenge is a simulated funded-account evaluation built for practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any real proprietary trading firm’s evaluation. Passing our Prop Challenge does not guarantee that you will pass any real prop-firm evaluation, receive funding from anyone, or profit in live markets. Real evaluations use their own rules, data feeds, execution conditions, and fees, which differ from ours.

The AI Coach

The AI coach reviews your simulated trades and gives automated, educational feedback about process—things like structure, risk sizing, and consistency. It does not know your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance, and it is not personalized investment advice. It can be wrong. Never treat its output as a recommendation to make (or avoid) any real-money trade.

No Income Claims

We make no claims about income, profits, funded accounts, or trading success—and we never will. Most people who attempt to trade actively lose money. If anyone tells you otherwise, including anyone claiming to represent Candle Structure Labs, treat it as a red flag and report it to us. Your results depend on factors we do not control: your decisions, your discipline, your capital, and the markets themselves.

Seek Independent Advice

Before trading real money, consult a licensed financial professional who can evaluate your personal circumstances—your income, obligations, experience, and risk tolerance. We teach concepts; only someone who knows your situation can tell you whether trading is appropriate for you at all.
